# Hipcraft

> Hipcraft is an operator-led business systems consultancy in Kansas City, registered since 2016. It diagnoses the constraint holding a business back, builds the system that removes it, and maintains it monthly.

Hipcraft is led by founder and principal CJ Rooney. The person who scopes an engagement is the person who builds it. Work covers ecommerce, search, customer acquisition, conversion, automation and reporting — but the deliverable is always a working system owned by the client, not a campaign or a retainer.

## How engagements work
1. Diagnose — a paid, fixed-scope look at the whole flow that ends in a written answer on what is actually constraining the business. No obligation to continue.
2. Build — the system that removes the constraint, built inside tools the client already pays for, documented and handed over working.
3. Cover — an optional monthly engagement keeping those systems monitored, maintained and changed as the business changes.
